Q: How do I search for product?
The box labeled “Search Here” will allow you to search any item in our inventory. You can use the description or the product code.
For example – Entering F40 in the search box will return all F40’s in all brands. Entering 24596 in the search box will return Syl. F40/CW/SS/ECO.
Q: If I don’t want to search for something specific can I scroll through a group of items?
The Inventory is also broken down into categories if you would like to scroll through product that way.
Q: What does Your $ mean?
This column lists your specific price that has been entered by your salesman. If the column does not say YES you are viewing the default sale price.
Q: How do I know if my order was processed?
Once you have clicked the Submit Order button a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you’ve provided as well as your salesmen. If you would like to check the status of your order after it’s been placed you can do so by using the Open Orders button at the top of the screen. If your status shows as BOOKED ORDER this means that the order is in our system but has not been printed. If your status shows PICK TICKET PRINT this means your order has been approved and printed to be shipped. If your status shows as INVOICE PRINT this means your order has been shipped and billed. Once you’ve reached this status you can view your shipping information and pro numbers as well as total quantities shipped and order total.
Q: Can I look at old orders?
Yes, we have six months of order history listed for your account under the Order History button. You can click on the order number to open the details of the invoice, or credit memo if the amount shows as a negative.
